AppStore Release 0.2 (build 3)

Major changes include:

• Warning messages for failed transactions (and no longer dismiss the error silently)
• Fee selection for both gas price and gas limit; auto-detects contracts vs transfers
• Max Spendable button
• ENS Support
• Per-Account network configuration (manage Ropsten and Homestead simultaneously)
• Keyboard fix for locales which use the comma (,) instead of the period (.) as a decimal separator
• Major refactor for secure info screens (InfoViewConfroller => ConfigController)
• Major refactor for Signers (abstracted out of Wallet); this will make Firefly much cleaner
• Secure Enclave is now used to store the decryption key for accounts, so biometry spans launches
• Increase contrast ratio
• Overhaul of the QR code scanner and Photo selection
• Improved Today extension layout and information
