Fixes for issues detailed in doublethinkco/cpp-ethereum-cross#48. Merging all the Qt::* and JsonRpc::* nodes. Fix to move the soljson node inside the Solidity cluster. Adding Cluster for webthree-helpers, along with hard-coded edges for boost, LevelDB and pthreads "base" dependencies.
