What was wrong?
Troubleshooting docs needed to include the solution for the Visual C++ not installed error. It caused users to get error message at run.
Related to Issue #2077
How was it fixed?
The exact details of error and the error message was shown along with the solution to the problem. Also, links to download Visual C++ 14.0 + was added.
