This is a straight revert of #24 + a list update. Restores about 1 GB of old nightlies.
I wonder if this is complete though - there are none for 0.4.0 and for 0.4.1 we have just one (that was not deleted).
This should have been pretty straightforward but took ages to push - multiple failures due to github's 2GB limit on pack files.
