refactored environment explorer. moved it to remix ui lib and removed static section building.
enabled proper state handling
fixed z-index on the pin button
fixed state update of the pinned state in the cell
added events in blockchain to update the state of the UI
BUG: state was not updated when adding providers dynamically, pin button was hard to click because a div covered it. fixed react key bug.
