I want to talk about mult-client testnets and how we can assist client teams to work towards one testnet for all clients. I don't know if/how this fits in the agenda, but this call would be the ultimate chance to touch base with all developer teams and afterwards, we can spin out dedicated testnet calls (if the timing is appropriate).

I'm mainly interested in which version of the spec is implemented in which client; what's the status of networking in each client; what's the status validating/syncing; what else do we need to address first; and who's ready in the next weeks to join the efforts creating a persistent multi-client testnet? 🕸️
