I didn't see Invent One when I downloaded the esp8266 package for the Arduino Software.

I expected it to be there already.
Am I wrong?

It will appear on next release, probably in december.
In the mean time, you'll have it with git.
Just update master.

Although, there is a challenge that I would love you to help fix. We always need to hit the reset button every time we want to upload codes from the IDE

This is not normal. We use CH340G as the USB-UART chip.
Any way we can fix this @d-a-v, @smartynov ?

@inventvictor You board is defined with the "nodemcu" reset method,
so it needs the "nodemcu" reset circuit with two transistors.
