Form is updated, to work correctly in case of several projects
Updated icons size, corrected logic of Login form

By default, Login form expended to fit all projects details

To avoid such uncontrolled expansion, I add some correction in code to show only one project.

Also, icons sizes are fixed to follow its size which mentioned in icons names.
