Add reassuring info message when running in baseline mode

...in the middle of migrating a load of databases from Roundhouse to grate, I figured something like this would be slightly more reassuring than manually checking every time in multiple environments etc 😄

We do all love software that gives us reassuring messages, don't we? 😄
Thanks a lot! This is a good idea, especially when running a large codebase that hasn't been run with grate before, to make people absolutely chill and calm, that we won't touch any actual code/tables!
