Reverts #38 because
--mode libraryis needed for/docs. Although library mode was supposed to ship with typedocv0.18(see TypeStrong/typedoc#1184 (comment)) it turns it out it hasn't shipped.Check that docs build correctly with
npm run docs.The "Publish GitHub Pages" should also work.
