In the 2+ years since the last release, we've

  • Created a generic "Document" model
  • Added an endpoint for storing preamble data (from proposed and final rules)
  • Reworked (in a backwards compatible way) how layers can be addressed: they now include their document type
  • Switched to a nested set model for document storage
  • Added a lft index for documents to consistently order their results
