This task aims to provide developers the capability to start a build pipeline for a specific branch using parameters, akin to the existing feature for re-running pipelines. This enhancement will streamline the build process and allow for more dynamic and flexible pipeline executions.

Acceptance Criteria
Developers can initiate a build pipeline for any branch using a specified set of parameters.
User in editor mode can update the definition of pipelinerun.
