Update pipeline page

As part of our initiative to refresh the Pipeline Details page, this task focuses on the FrontEnd implementation to enhance the user interface and user experience. The FrontEnd specialist will work closely with the UX team to translate design mockups into a functional, responsive web page.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Implement the new UI design for the Pipeline Details page using React.js (or the relevant FrontEnd technology).
2. Ensure the implementation is fully responsive and tested across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on both desktop and mobile devices.
3. Achieve a page load time of under 2 seconds.
4. All interactive elements must have appropriate accessibility attributes.
5. Integration with backend services must be seamless and tested for 100% operational accuracy.
6. Code should be peer-reviewed and have comprehensive unit tests covering new functionality.

Implementation Plan:

1. Review the final design mockups and UX requirements.
2. Set up the development environment for FrontEnd changes.
3. Implement the new designs, focusing on modularity and reusability of components.
4. Conduct unit and integration testing.
5. Collaborate with the backend team to integrate new FrontEnd components.
6. Perform cross-browser and responsiveness testing.
7. Submit for code review and address any feedback.
8. Deploy changes to a staging environment for user testing.
9. Iterate based on user feedback and finalize for production release.
