There is an inconsistency in the operator versions with their respective values in the epm/edp-cluster-add-ons repository. Additionally, the KubeRocketCI platform needs to be updated to the current stable version, 3.9.0.

We aim to review the existing operator versions housed in the epm/edp-cluster-add-ons repository and sort out any discrepancies with their defined values. The goal is to attune all operator versions to their rightful values for uniformity across deployments. Furthermore, we plan to increase the KubeRocketCI platform version to 3.9.0, ensuring that all related values are rightly set to reflect this version.
