Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is an inconsistency in the repository structure for the edp-cluster-add-ons. The oidc folder, which should be in the sonar path, is found in the sonar-operator path.

Describe the solution you'd like
The oidc folder should be moved to its correct location in the repository to align with the intended structure. This involves:

  1. Reviewing the current repository structure and identifying the correct path for the oidc folder.
  2. Moving the oidc folder to the correct path.
  3. Verifying that all links and dependencies work correctly after the move.
  4. Updating any documentation that refers to the oidc folder location, if applicable.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A - The task requires alignment of the repository structure to its intended state.

Additional context
This task is crucial for maintaining consistency and clarity in the repository structure, making it easier for contributors to navigate and work with the project.
