Preview: Issues with Saving and Opening Structures with Multi-Tailed Arrow in CDX and CDXML Formats

Summary

1. Unable to Open Saved CDX Files with Multi-Tailed Arrow:
   When saving a structure containing a Multi-Tailed Arrow in CDX format, the file is successfully created.
   However, attempting to open this saved file results in that file does not load into the editor

2. Unable to Save Structures with Multi-Tailed Arrow in CDXML Format:
   Attempting to save a structure with a Multi-Tailed Arrow in CDXML format results in nothing happening after pressing the Save button.
   Additionally, there is no preview displayed for CDXML files containing a Multi-Tailed Arrow in the file save dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

Issue with CDX File:

1. Open Ketcher
2. Create a structures with Multi-Tailed Arrow or open prepared file ketcher (94).zip
3. Save file in CDX format
4. Open saved CDX file via the Open menu

Issue with CDXML File:

1. Perform steps 1–2 from the previous instructions
2. Attempt to save the file in CDXML format

Expected behavior
For CDX Files: The saved file with a Multi-Tailed Arrow should open.
For CDXML Files:
The file containing Multi-Tailed Arrow should be successfully saved in CDXML format.
The file save dialog should display a preview for CDXML file with a Multi-Tailed Arrow.

Actual behavior
For CDX Files: The file is saved, but it does not open.
For CDXML Files:
Saving file in CDXML format is impossible because nothing happens when Save button is pressed.
No preview is displayed for CDXML file containing a Multi-Tailed Arrow in file save dialog.
