Preview: UI issues with displaying of chemical elements with abbreviation after loading from RDF

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add to Canvas RDF with reaction based on elements with abbreviation
   !rdf-abbreviation-issues.zip

Actual Result

• Reaction is added to Canvas, but there are multiple issues:
  
  • 1 - element is very close to tail
  • 2 - element is displayed above the tail
  • 3 - text of element is intersected with spine of Multi-Tailed Arrow
  • 4 - element is displayed above the head
  • 5 - text of element is intersected with the another element

Expected Result

• Should be confirmed with @vanoprenko and @AlexanderSavelyev (TBD):
  
  • 1 - make an indent?
  • 2 - should be displayed near the tail
  • 3 - make an indent?
  • 4 - should be displayed near the head
  • 5 - make an indent?

Environment details

• Tested on CI CD master SA environment

Notes

• Issue is detected during exploratory testing of Load RDF feature for cascade reactions - Position single elements and reactions, not included to the first cascade reaction #2102
