Steps to Reproduce

  1. open reaction on the Canvas

Elliptical arrows are became horizontal after layout.ket.zip

  1. click on the layout

Expected behavior
the reaction is drawn according to the settings without changing the direction of the arrows

Actual behavior
The elliptical arrows become horizontal
