Ran npm update
Manually bumped TypeScript to 5.x. Per discussion with @lognaturel, TypeScript does not follow semver, but rather uses decimal point releases for major/significant releases. To the extent these releases include breaking changes, they're very frequently also desirable features (i.e. stricter/more correct type checks).
Addressed the one remaining vulnerability shown in npm audit
