Our auto-merge-release-updates.yml is already using python 3.11 More importantly 3.8 became EOLed ( we forget it even our name is endoflife.date , yeah we are also human :D )

Everthing looks good , also we get rid of lots of warnings such as pip upgrade things |

or do you prefer to by pass 3.11 and directly to 3.12 ? or even live in edges and 3.13 ? |
