Minor updates to initial release of NetCDF conversion and DAAC delivery code for EMIT L4 Earth Model Runs. Published data and documentation can be found at https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules?p=C2408755900-LPCLOUD. Updates include:
- Use shortwave radiative transfer top of atmosphere for browse image
- Remove "lev" dimension where not needed
- Use +/- 90 degrees for N/S boundaries in granule metadata
