why is there an extra MIT license file what this is supposed to be lgpl

Skeleton provides a LICENSE file because Skeleton itself has a license, and a lot of Elytra projects are MIT anyway, so having the text preloaded into Skeleton is convenient.

This is why the Skeleton readme says to check the license when you use it.

well I thought I'd deleted that LICENSE file when I'd put the COPYING.gpl in is the main thing
