Relates to:

No existing issue, just an improvement to an existing method which allows filtering to only discovering posts from "Following" timeline for agent account instead of default "For You"

Risks

Low to none

Background

What does this PR do?

Adds ability to optionally fetch timeline only for followed accounts on twitter rather than default "For you" timeline presented by existing method

What kind of change is this?

Improvements (misc. changes to existing features)

Why are we doing this? Any context or related work?

The reason for doing this is as "For you" timeline for agents can be pretty random, and users might want to have better catered interactions towards accounts they follow or accounts which have been interacting with those accounts.
