Use "frequently used emojis" for autocompletion in composer

What would you like to do?

I would like the emoji considered as frequently used be placed on top of the auto completion panel in the composer.

Why would you like to do it?

When I want to place an emoji in my message I do it with it shortcode (:joy:), I use few emoji but quite frequently. So for instance when I want to send a 🍭 (which we will considered frequently used) I should be able to write :lo<TAB> and not send a 🔒.

How would you like to achieve it?

Adding a sort in the EmojiProvider file.

It seems you're not the only one to have come across this bug, as it's been reported previously. I'm going to close this issue now so we can focus on the older issue. Please watch, vote or comment on that issue if there is any additional information you can provide.
