Summary
Fixes regression introduced by #75185, where the formatter for fields in the index pattern was no longer being applied to the field values in the cards.
IndexPattern.getFormatterForFieldis now used instead of theformatattribute which no longer exists.Note extra functional tests for the data visualizer are planned for 7.11, so will aim to add a test to check field formatting.

(Custom string formatters using to lowercase and short dots transforms now applied)
