Summary
Adds link to the evaluation docs for classification/regression results views.
For classification job results ensures labels are placed correctly around the confusion matrix
##NOTE
I was able to remove some of the work-around styles for the data grid as it now does autosizing for the cell width. The gray area around the table (for where it can expand into) is something I brought up in the EUI channel and it's being looked into.
