Uptime API to fetch data to be shown on Obs. Overview page only returns information until now. #70418

Related to #69716 (comment).

When selecting a date range such as 2020-06-30T22:00:00.000Z and 2020-07-03T21:59:59.999Z the API returns data until the current time.

In the image above you see that the data from 01/07 13:00 until 03/07 23:30 are missing.

This was solved by using the selected data range to set the xDomain on elastic chart.
