Describe the feature:
Once the Remote Clusters UI is enabled in Elastic Cloud, it could be useful if Kibana could detect it is running in Elastic Cloud and:

  • When in Cloud, display a message to the user explaining where to obtain the proxy address and server name. (e.g. You can find the proxy address and server name of your cluster in the Security section of your deployment)
  • When in Cloud, enable by default the "Use Proxy Mode" switch and make both the proxy address and server name mandatory.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
This could be very useful to make configuration of Remote clusters easier until we have a specific cloud integration plugin.
