Describe the bug:
When creating custom URLs from DFA/AD jobs list edit option - the dropdown options for 'Query entities' do not update when selected 'Data View' is changed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to DFA or AD jobs list
  2. From the Actions column menu select 'Edit job'
  3. Click on the 'Custom URLs' tab and click 'New custom url' to open the form
  4. See the query entities in the dropdown menu - then change the data view and see that the query entities in the dropdown menu don't change

Expected behavior:
The query entities values in the dropdown menu should update to reflect the data view change
