Present on Kibana 8.1, the view rule details link within the actions of the Rule column cannot be opened in a new tab either with middle-click (mouse button 3) or right click -> open in new window.

As pointed out by @kqualters-elastic, this appears to be an isue with the RenderRuleName as host name behaves correctly.

We have validated above issue on 8.1.0 BC5 on-prem build and found that it's still occurring. 🔴
