Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when I create an alert there is no way for me to make changes to the configuration. The only option is to mute, disable and delete it from the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be an option to edit the payload that is sent in the alert, thresholds should also be updatable. Basically, everything that is added while creating an alert should be editable.

I reproduce this behaviour up to 7.14.2 but not from 7.15.0 so it looks like the feature was already implemented in Kibana (or APM) though I am not sure which commit this relates to (kibana release notes, apm release notes)
