Initial beta release

Features:

• Aggregation simulation
• Restructuring simulation with a fixed fraction of broken necks
• Loading and saving simulation configurations to file
• Real-time preview of simulation progress
• Simulation controls: play, play continuously, stop, reset

Limitations to be fixed before release:

• No parameter validation, simulation crashes if parameters are invalid
• soot-dem exits on error instead of throwing an exception
• Particle dumps are not written to disk
• Last used config path is not cached persistently
• No about window
• No link to documentation
• No documentation available
• Need to update descriptions of parameters
• Need to add a button to read the description of the selected simulation type
