Adds the option to set the number of days to refresh the download cache.

This is useful to fix episode information that may not have been correct when downloading guide data for more than 1 day. Please note that this increases the amount of data you download when the grabber runs. So it is recommended to set this to 1 day - to get the refreshed data before 1 day before any recordings activate.

Also note that if you are upgrading the addon, you may need to go into the zap2epg settings to initiate the new option.
