Knocking out 2 things:

  1. run prettier command before each commit - one-off thing that was bugging me so I threw it in here
  2. update env variables so oscar connects to the new secure api when PUBLIC_STAGING_API_URL is called

When backend completes endpoints I'd like oscar to connect with them so we can analyze functionality and performance
