Add "Show/Hide Diagrams Inherited Members from Standard Libraries" action in Diagram Panel.
This action allows to show or hide all inherited members from Standard Libraries in diagrams.
We believe that most users don't want to see these inherited members from standard libraries and so hide them by default seems the right to do.
The action in diagram panel will allow to show these inherited members for those who need them.

Furthermore the already existing action "Show or Hide Diagrams Inherited Members" will now only show/hide inherited members from the users models. It will also be enabled by default.
