When LS (https://github.com/theia-ide/go-language-server) starts in a workspace, there are no hovers, even though this LS has this particular capability.

The same LS in VS Code and Theia shows type and docs if any.

vscode

Exceptions in wsagent logs, though they are not cause by hovering on keywords.
