Whilst we have updated to Ruby 3.2.2 it is not a hard requirement. As Rails supports Ruby 2.7.x: https://guides.rubyonrails.org/getting_started.html#installing-ruby We should remain compatible. 2.7.8 is the last of the 2.x branch: https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2023/03/30/ruby-2-7-8-released/
