Install Source Package task simplifies the use of source packages, which currently rely on checkout and deploy. It also brings in
features when used in Azure Pipelines such as the ability to skip, if the package is already deployed in the org.
This implies Create Source Package has some changes to metadata as well as to the artifacts being produced, but it will still be
backward compatible with Checkout and Deploy Tasks.
Please note Create Source Package has a breaking change (in the CLI) on how the artifacts are stored. If no artifact directory is provided, artifacts will be written to a directory named "artifacts" in the current working directory, and also has the source code for the source package. Install Source Package uses these artifacts to install source into an org (It avoids checking out the artifact from GIT)
