Keyboard Shortcuts

Trying to click on a button through a laptop touchpad while doing a workout can be difficult. Having keyboard shortcuts is much more convenient (and liquid proof). Here are the currently supported ones:

  • Spacebar - toggle play/pause
  • l - lap button
  • e - switch to ERG mode
  • s - switch to Slope mode
  • r - switch to Resistance mode
  • Arrow Up - increase target under current mode
  • Arrow Down - decrease target under current mode
