Keyboard Shortcuts

Trying to click on a button through a laptop touchpad while doing a workout can be difficult. Having keyboard shortcuts is much more convenient (and liquid proof). Here are the currently supported ones:

Spacebar
- toggle play/pause -
l
- lap button -
e
- switch to ERG mode -
s
- switch to Slope mode -
r
- switch to Resistance mode -
Arrow Up
- increase target under current mode -
Arrow Down
- decrease target under current mode
