This pull request adds initial support for PHP 8 in Simple Commerce. Simple Commerce itself should work straight off the bat. However, there's quite a few dependencies that have not yet updated to support PHP 8. A list of said dependencies (and any related pull requests/issues) are provided below:
Until we've tagged an official release for PHP 8.0, we recommend you continue using PHP 7.4.
