问题描述及重现步骤：

使用UpdateDict 无法更新int可空类型字段为null 值，生成的update语句中没有这个字段。
希望可以通过字典类型设置为null的方法。

数据库的具体版本

Mysql 5.6.51

安装的包

3.2.669

.net framework/. net core？ 及具体版本

.net framework 4.5.2
