Removed a spurious Ł character from the italian MSBuildVersionMessage message. The message is shown by VS Code every time a compilation is done, so it is quite annoying.

Fixes: one spurious character in a translation of the MSBuild Messages

Changes Made: removed the spurious character, compared the message to the english version of the same message

Notes: My first language is italian.

Thank you for the PR! The change looks good and makes sense to me.

Unfortunately we'll have to leave it open for a bit as the "canonical" home for the translated strings is in a tool outside this repo, so we have to report a localization bug to the loc team, so that the next loc update doesn't just revert it.
