Description of Change
When setting a title view on a page that already has a renderer, the property changed events are firing before the view has been added to the hierarchy. These changes will delay setting up the TitleView until the title view has been added as a logical child. This issue only happens on iOS because Android/Windows Toolbars are all wired up through handlers so the update process naturally flows where as iOS still using property changed events
