The '--tl' option is not documented for "dotnet test" and "-?" also does not display it

Description

The dotnet test command seems to have a --tl option that can be used to turn off terminal logger (it is documented for dotnet build, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tools/dotnet-build).

This option is not displayed when the command is invoked with -h and it is also not included in the documentation page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tools/dotnet-test?tabs=dotnet-test-with-vstest

@gasparnagy you're absolutely correct. The --tl option was added for other commands like build, clean, and publish, but wasn't added for test in either or documentation or the command line documentation.

It would be great if you can open a PR to add this option, thank you.

@meaghanlewis #48909 is ready for review, that fixes the docs. For the command line help, I need a bit more research.
