Wiki API docs have broken links #209

The DotNetMDDocs-generated documentation links are all broken because GitHub wikis squash all files into a single folder.

Putting our docs into the git repo with the source is a non-starter -- at least not before clcrutch/DotNetMDDocs#7 is fixed. Even then, I'm not sure... I might rather have a site we publish to.

I've removed the wiki.
