[Feature Request] Option to include another MD inside MD

For our docs, we use the sidebar TOC md on our documentation home. Right now I just copy and paste the whole thing every time I need to update the TOC. Would it be possible to include it in another doc so I don’t need to do this every time?

If you include a markdown file that has headers and you use sidebar it will include those headers at the end of the list ignoring the order in the file. Also clicking around on sidebar breaks the navigation. You can reproduce using https://github.com/pawelniewie/docs.pawelniewiadomski.com/tree/master
