  1. finish handle "too many open files" better #2 so you only need to run a rust binary and not run.sh
  2. publish crate publish to crates.io #11
  3. systemd service instead of daemon.sh
  4. PKGBUILD: belongs in aur, probably not github publish to aur #8

created systemd service, and it is now installable with make

closed in favor of individual tickets for additional work #8, #9, #11, etc...
