Files to aid parametric, forward UQ workflow for ALM.


Parameters_TitanUQ_ACME.csv : parameter file with names, ranges, and default values
FLUXNETUQ_1-1000.nc         : ALM output (1000 runs)
FLUXNETUQ_8001-10000.nc     : ALM output (2000 runs)
input_clm.dat               :  Nxp matrix for CLM inputs (N=3000 samples, p=68 parameters)
input_x.dat                 :  Nx(p-2) matrix for surrogate input (N samples, p-2 parameters,
		   					 since two are completely determined by others)
pnames_clm.dat 				:  Names of p parameters
pnames_x.dat   				:  Same list except the two removed parameters
pdomain_x.dat  				:  Ranges of the p-2 parameters over which surrogate will be built
allcolors.dat               : Colorcode of parameters for consistency across visaulization
