Adds redirects, permalinks, and CoC

Is the goal here to workaround pages that moved?

Asking in case it's easier to set a permalink so that they resolve outside of /about/...

The goal here is to move them permanently but not break links. The original page structure had a lot of top-level pages and you couldn't discern where they were, so I moved them to folders.

Permalinks are easier, for sure, but I'd prefer sub-ages match their folders: /about/faq/ over /faq/

To be clear, I have no strong opinion on this, but I think regardless we need a solution for redirects.
