Control preprocessing report y-axis for read counts #60

The defaults for both the read filtering counts and read length distribution are not always reasonable values. By default, let matplotlib set the values; also allow the options to be passed through the command line.

  • Update defaults
  • Add options to reporting script
  • Update documentation

This is an alternative way to handle Issue #60.

This is now handled by having the plotting script guess max values and tick mark locations if they are not specified.
